Treated in a 15min or 45min session performed for 4 sessions spaced at least 2-3 days apart, having 2 treatments done per week. Your initial 4 sessions should be done in 2 weeks. Maxium results are visible 12 weeks after the last session + optimal results seen after 4-6 treatments.

Before Your Treatment
Schedule with Comfort in Mind: While truFlex has no recovery downtime, your muscles will feel like they just completed an intense personal training session. Plan your day around a highly effective, active workout sensation.
Prep Your Body (as recommended by your provider):
Drink plenty of water before your appointment; well-hydrated muscles conduct electrical stimulation much more efficiently.
Shave or closely trim the treatment areas so the gel pads can maintain direct, secure contact with your skin.
Avoid eating a heavy meal immediately before treating the abdominal area to ensure maximum comfort during contractions.
Arrive Ready: Wear loose-fitting athletic wear or clothing that allows easy access to the muscles being treated.
During Your Treatment
What to Expect: Adhesive gel pads are placed directly over your target muscle groups. As the MDS energy ramps up, you will feel your muscles contract firmly and automatically. The intensity is slowly adjusted to your individual comfort level.
Personalized Progression: The sequence automatically transitions through twisting, holding, and rapid-firing contraction phases. It feels intense but should never feel painfully sharp.
Aftercare and Recovery
